This specialty class is designed for kids ages 6-12. Students will learn gymnastics skills on the bars, floor and rings with an emphasis on proper technique, strength and flexibility. It’s a fun and interactive introduction to strength and weight training that will directly benefit their gymnastics training.
Programming will be designed by our Gymnastics Coach, JR Jaquay, who has 25 years of experience coaching gymnastics from toddlers to adults. Skills will be taught in a safe and progressive manner that target each child's individual needs. Individual gymnastics training can also be scheduled for your child with Coach JR.
